Delete your Noongil account

You can permanently delete your Noongil account and all associated data from inside the app at any time — no email required.

How to delete your account

Open the Noongil app on your phone (iOS or Android).
Tap the Setup tab (bottom-right gear icon).
Scroll to the Account section.
Tap Delete Account.
Confirm by tapping Delete in the dialog.

You'll see a brief Deleting account… indicator while the app removes your data. When it finishes, you'll be returned to the sign-in screen.

What gets deleted

Deletion is immediate and covers:

Your account (Sign in with Apple or Sign in with Google credentials linked to Noongil)
Your user profile (name, language, voice, role)
All check-in history (mood, sleep, symptoms, transcripts)
All medications and custom reminders
Companion memory entries
Caregiver relationships and invitation codes you created
Health graph data stored in our knowledge graph
Consent records
Device tokens used for notifications

What is kept, and for how long

After account deletion we retain only operational records that we're required to keep for legal, security, or audit reasons. These do not contain identifying personal content:

Anonymized server audit logs — request metadata (e.g. endpoint, timestamp, response status) with any user identifiers hashed. Retained for up to 90 days then purged.
Financial / billing records — none. The app is free and does not collect payment information.
Backups — any residual copies in encrypted backups are overwritten within 30 days on the standard backup rotation.

We do not keep your profile, check-ins, reminders, transcripts, or any identifying information after deletion.

Can't reach the in-app flow?

If you can't sign in or otherwise can't trigger the in-app deletion, email privacy@noongil.ai from the address you used to sign up. We'll verify ownership and complete the deletion manually within 30 days.
